We set up a Perfume Bar for our client's Appreciation Night as a welcoming, hands-on reception experience that is thoughtfully personal, and unique designed to leave a strong impression of the evening for the guests. Instead of a typical check-in or door gift, guests were invited to create their own perfume and take it home as a keepsake.
The experience began at the our Savoring station, where we personally greeted each guest and introduced the four fragrances prepared specially for the event.
With perfume strips laid out alongside glass bowls displays designed by Yi-Ling, Guests were encouraged to take their time, savour each scent, and select two to three favourites that resonated with them to form their own blend.
Once their selections were made, guests moved on to collect their perfume bottle and base. From there, they continued to the blending station, where each fragrance was presented and allowing guests to carefully add each note into their bottle. This step allowed guests to adjust their blend at their own pace, creating a scent that felt right to them.
Once completed, the perfume was placed into a green satin pouch for guests to bring home, and they were free to continue enjoying the evening. Many appreciated the chance to slow down briefly, have a short conversation, and create something personal along the way.
Our Perfume Bar service works well for corporate events, annual dinners, appreciation nights product launches, and private gatherings.
